OUR PASTOR
Rev. Mariano Ordonez or Pastor Nonong to his friends and associates graduated and worked as an Electrical Engineer for 16 years prior to his calling on May 2005 as a minister of the word and sacrament in the Philippines under the Iglesia Evangelica Unida de Cristo (UNIDA) denomination. He was ably prepared by GOD into the ministry with his vast Christian leadership experience from his youth days up to his calling being a national youth president, lay leader and as assistant pastor at UNIDA. He was an associate pastor in his home congregation, Tipas Unida Church , in Taguig City when called here in the United States as organizing pastor of FFAPC (previously known as Green Valley Filipino-American Christian Fellowship). Adjusting to the environment and culture was a challenge but GOD’s grace and love and Pastor’s Nonong’s faith and commitment became the factor in overcoming those hindrances. His life verse is Matthew 6:33 ” But seek ye first the kingdom of GOD and his righteousness, and all other things shall be given unto you”. He is married to Pinky and have three sons David Jonathan, Adrian Jacob, and Aaron Daniel. He has brought to the church his humbleness, faithful obedience to GOD and a prayerful life, a life of dedicated worship and service to CHRIST.
